These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from Helix Reagents LLC ("Helix", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All products are sold as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, food, supplements, cosmetics, drugs, or medical devices. You represent that you are acquiring them solely for lawful laboratory research.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected human-use orders.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Card payment is offered for eligible reference materials, and certain restricted compounds are arranged by bank transfer or other agreed methods. You authorize us to charge the total shown at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including import/export controls in your destination country.
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. COA data describe chemical characteristics only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
